Service Description
What's Included: 1. Goalkeeper Coaching Mentorship: - Tailored advice, feedback, and support specific to your development as a goalkeeper. 2. GK Video Analysis: - In-depth breakdown and coaching insights using your training footage. 3. Life Coaching Support: - Guidance on performance mindset, leadership, routines, confidence, and personal growth. 4. Exclusive Training Footage (Born To Fly sessions or any other training provided by the goalkeeper) - If you attend Born To Fly training sessions, I will select and organize relevant training clips for analysis. (Note: Training sessions are not included in the mentorship membership. Training footage will NOT be provided to non-members or for general use.) 5. Optional Game Footage Review: - Game footage can be submitted by the athlete for additional analysis to replace the training footage. Meeting Structure: - Up to 2 meetings per month (45 minutes each). - Meetings are available on Fridays and Sundays. - Meetings do not carry over to the next month. Please Note: - Training sessions are NOT included in the membership price. - The mentorship is designed to complement your on-field training and provide a complete structure and support throughout your soccer and life journey.

Cancellation Policy
MG Soccer Academy – Mentorship Program Waiver & Policies Mentorship Scope: I understand that the Mentorship Program includes personal development guidance, video analysis, life coaching support, and progress tracking. These educational services do not guarantee specific athletic or personal outcomes. Meeting Policy: - Meetings are scheduled in advance, typically on Fridays or Sundays. - Unused meetings do not roll over. - Clients may reschedule or adjust meeting times up to 12 hours before the session. - Changes requested less than 12 hours prior require coach approval. - Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions. Video Footage & Media Use - Born To Fly session footage is recorded and analyzed only for Mentorship members attending those sessions. - Footage is not provided to non-members. - Athletes training outside Born To Fly may submit their own training or game footage for analysis. - MG Soccer Academy may use selected video clips/photos for promotional purposes (e.g., Instagram, website) with no personal info disclosed without consent. Confidentiality & Privacy: All personal info and coaching conversations remain confidential. Life coaching supports growth and mindset, but is not therapy. For minors, parents may receive periodic progress updates unless otherwise agreed. Technology & Communication Sessions may be via phone, video, or messaging. MG Soccer Academy is not liable for technical issues beyond its control. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior and punctuality are required. Violations may lead to dismissal without refund. By enrolling, I confirm I understand and agree to these terms, recognizing this program supplements but does not replace physical training or mental health care.
