Our intensive goalkeeping trainings are crafted to challenge goalkeepers technically, tactically, and physically during each session. We emphasize both defensive goal actions and the in-possession aspects of the game, ensuring goalkeepers are learning the modern game. MG Soccer Academy – Goalkeeper Training Waiver & Policies Waiver and Release of Liability I understand that there are risks involved with my child’s participation in MG Soccer Academy training sessions, camps, or clinics. I hereby authorize MG Soccer Academy staff to act in my child’s best interest in case of emergency. I waive and release MG Soccer Academy, its directors, coaches, staff, affiliates, and partners from all liability and agree to accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred. I certify that my child is in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. I acknowledge that dismissal due to disciplinary action will not result in a refund. This waiver binds the participant, their family, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of participation, including injury, illness, falls, equipment use, contact with other participants, and environmental conditions. I accept these risks on behalf of my child, even if they arise from negligence. Medical Authorization Athletic trainers will not be present during regular sessions. Families are responsible for first aid and medical support needs. I authorize emergency medical treatment for my child and release MG Soccer Academy and its affiliates from liability for any medical treatment provided. Insurance Disclaimer MG Soccer Academy does not provide accident or health insurance for participants. Families are responsible for obtaining their own coverage and paying any medical expenses. Photo and Video Release I grant MG Soccer Academy permission to use photographs and/or videos of my child for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. If I wish to opt out, I will notify MG Soccer Academy via email. Personal Items Policy MG Soccer Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants assume all risks associated with bringing personal items such as electronic devices, sports equipment, and valuables. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MG Soccer Academy, its affiliates, staff, and facilities from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from participation in any MG Soccer Academy activities. I agree that my child will follow all safety instructions and use appropriate protective gear during participation. By checking the box during online registration, I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms of this waiver and policy.
